Gold award for Phoceis x Galeries Lafayette Champs-Elysées



The fifteenth edition of the Trophées Marketing contest took place on the 20th of May in Paris and was organized by Marketing Magazine and Phoceis, digital agency from the group Ineat won the 1st place of the contest in the Customer Experience category with its very own PS² project launched in collaboration with the new Galeries Lafayette Champs-Élysées store.

This professional competition highlights the most outstanding projects in the field of marketing and attracts more than 3000 actors in this category each year. Besides of the stiff competition, there was also networking sessions, meetings and the election of the marketing personality of the year.



For this fifteenth edition, it is in the category Customer Experience that Phoceis stood out among the twenty cases in competition. With its PS² project, unveiled last March at the inauguration of the Galeries Lafayette Champs-Élysées store, Phoceis has developed a clienteling application that allows personal stylists (the store’s “fashion coaches”) to stay in touch with their customers who already visited the shop and went back home.
